Eagle Township

Bath Charter Township

Established in 1826, Bath is located on the southeast side of Clinton County. Known for its Bath Days Festival featuring the International Bath Tub Race held in August each year.

Bengal Township

Established in 1836, Bengal is located on the northwest side of Clinton County. Known for being a rural township primarily comprised of farmland.

Bingham Township

First settled in 1841, Bingham is located on the north central part of Clinton County. Known for politician Kinsley S. Bingham, who served as Michigan's 11th governor and also a U.S. representative and senator.

Dallas Township

Founded in 1845, Dallas is located on the west side of Clinton County. Known for its farming, with little waste land and high productivity, making it one of the richest farming areas in Michigan.

City of DeWitt

Settled in 1833, DeWitt is located on the south side of Clinton County. Known for its DeWitt Ox Roast Festival held annually in August in downtown DeWitt.

DeWitt Charter Township

DeWitt township formed in 1836 and is located on the south side of Clinton County. Home to Granger Meadows Park containing walking trails, picnic pavilions, and playgrounds.

Duplain Township

Established in 1844, Duplain is located on the northeast side of Clinton County. Known for being one of the first locations in the county to have a school.

Eagle Township

Established in 1842, Eagle is located on the west side of Clinton County. Eagle is a rural area with economic growth and accessible in the I-96, M-100 and Grand River Ave. corridors.

Village of Elsie

Founded in 1857, Elsie is located in the northeast side of Clinton County. Known for its excellence in dairy farming and the annual Elsie Dairy Festival held each July.

Essex Township

Established in 1832, Essex is located on the northern side of Clinton County. Known for home to the Village of Maple Rapids and containing portions of the Maple River State Game Area.

Village of Fowler

Founded in 1857, Fowler is located on the northwest side of Clinton County. Known for its Most Holy Trinity Parish Festival held annually in July, which includes a 3-on-3 basketball tournament.

Greenbush Township

Established in 1842, Greenbush is located on the north central side of Clinton County. Known for its Annual Harvest Festival in October with activities like pumpkin carving, games, hot dogs, cider, and donuts.

Village of Hubbardston

Founded in 1839, Hubbardston is located in the northwest side of Clinton County. Best known for its Hubbardston Area Historical Society Irish Fest held annually.

Lebanon Township

Founded in 1856, Lebanon is located in the northwest side of Clinton County. Best known for it containing portions of the Maple River State Game Area.

Village of Maple Rapids

Established in 1835, Maple Rapids is located in the northwest side of Clinton County. Best known for its Lamplighter Festival held annually in September.

Olive Township

Established in 1841, Olive is located in the lower portion of Clinton County. Known for its quality farming of produce and generational families in the community.

Ovid Township

Established in 1840, Ovid is located on the northeast side of Clinton County. Known for its farming of major crops including corn, soybeans, wheat, and some sugar beets.

City of Ovid

Established as a village in 1869 and became a city in 2015, Ovid is located on the northeast side of Clinton County. Known for its Ovid Carriage Days Festival held annually in September.

Riley Township

Organized in 1841, Riley is located in the southwest side of Clinton County. Known for its dairy production and cash crop farms which produce wheat, corn and beans.

City of St. Johns

Settled in 1853, St. Johns is located in the center of Clinton County. Known for being the "Mint Capital of the World", it is the number one producer of mint in Michigan and hold an annual Mint Day Festival in August.

Victor Township

Established in 1843, Victor is located on the east side of Clinton County. Known for Lake Victoria, Round Lake, and Lake Ovid, part of Sleepy Hollow State Park.

Watertown Charter Township

Organized in 1837, Watertown is located on the south side of Clinton County. Known for its annual Easter Egg Hunt and Dine with Santa events.

Westphalia Township

Established in 1836, Westphalia is located on the west side of Clinton County. Known for German and Catholic roots, as well as the annual Easter Egg Hunt and the St. Mary 4th of July Picnic.

Village of Westphalia

Established in 1836, Westphalia is located on the west side of Clinton County. Known for its downtown shops, restaurants and commercial businesses in a clean, safe and friendly hometown atmosphere.

Clinton County

Clinton County, Michigan was founded in 1831. The county is located in the south central part of the state. Ranked as the 9th wealthiest county in the state.
