Clinton County Catalyst (CCC) is a non-profit, public/private organization, dedicated to enhancing the economic vitality of Clinton County. CCC is nonpartisan, apolitical, and funded entirely by its membership which includes businesses, educational institutions, and municipalities. It is governed by a Board of Directors and Executive Committee comprised of investor partners from throughout Clinton County and mid-Michigan. As the lead, county-wide economic development agency, CCC partners with local, regional, state, and federal organizations to provide sustainable and value-added services for business attraction, retention and growth, workforce development, and next-generation initiatives. CCC is the one-stop economic development source of available land and building, development incentives, and demographic information for Clinton County.

The Clinton County Catalyst is located in DeWitt, Michigan just minutes for Lansing’s Capital Region International Airport, the State Capital in Lansing, and Michigan State University in East Lansing.

Interstate highways I-69 and I-96 both cross directly through Clinton County. I-69 provides direct access to Canada to the east at the Blue Water Bridge which connects Port Huron, Michigan with Sarnia, Ontario, and Indianapolis to the south. I-96 connects Detroit to Grand Rapids and western Michigan.

The county, via I-06, is also less than an hour west of I-275 which feeds into I-75 (Sault St. Marie, Michigan to Naples, Florida) and its connections to I-80 (New York to San Francisco) and I-90 (Boston to Seattle). U.S. 127 which bisects the County runs from Grayling, Michigan to Chattanooga, Tennessee.
